Our company is seeking a professional and experienced Server to join our team. An ideal candidate for this position is dependable, attentive to detail, able to multitask and completes tasks accurately. This is a great opportunity to network with our team and learn more about how we operate.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests, ensuring they are seated promptly, and providing menus.
  • Order Taking: Accurately taking food and beverage orders, and relaying them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Menu Knowledge: Being knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, and answering customer questions.
  • Checking on Customers: Regularly checking on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food and drinks, and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Providing Recommendations: Offering suggestions for food and beverage choices based on customer preferences.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately processing payments and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.65 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fredericton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • serving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Smart Serve (preferred)
