Aerospace Mechanics Corp. is a fast growing aerospace company specializing in a wide range of tailored-made repair and overhaul solutions for components to regional and commercial aircrafts. From accessory components testing, repair of electro-mechanical power units, and overhaul of the hydraulic systems, to complete Landing Gear maintenance programs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchaser to join our dynamic procurement team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the purchasing process by managing vendor relationships, sourcing materials, and ensuring optimal pricing. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in supply chain management and procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for manufacturing operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate pricing options.
  • Utilize Quantum Control Aviation Software to purchase and update a comprehensive inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with production requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Support the development of purchasing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience

  • Prior experience with Quantum Control Aviation Software is a must.
  • At least 3 years experience in aviation using Quantum Control Aviation Software.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is a plus.
  • Understanding of vendor management, sourcing strategies, and procurement processes
