Main Duties

  • Strategic Market Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate data-driven marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness and expand the company's presence in international markets, with a specialized focus on the East Asian travel sector.

  • Digital Marketing & Website Management: Manage and update company marketing platforms, including the corporate website and online booking systems (WordPress/Xola), ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and effective user experience. Coordinate with external vendors and technical support providers to maintain system functionality.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO/SEM): Plan and execute advanced SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and performance monitoring, to maintain strong organic and paid search visibility across international markets.

  • Digital Content Production: Lead the planning and production of high-quality digital marketing content, including photography, videography, and post-production editing using Adobe Creative Suite, for use in advertising campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Event & Trade Show Coordination: Coordinate and execute international travel trade shows and promotional events, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and post-event performance analysis to ensure measurable return on investment.

  • Communications & Funding Support: Assist with the preparation and administration of government marketing grant applications and reports, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and documentation requirements.

Employment Requirements

  • Education: A university degree or college diploma in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or corporate communications.

  • Technical & Professional Skills: Proficiency in managing content management systems (WordPress/Xola) and strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an asset.

  • Market Specialization: Demonstrated experience supporting international marketing initiatives, with knowledge of regional market practices, cultural etiquette, and consumer behavior in East Asia.

  • Languages: Professional proficiency in English. Fluency in Korean is considered a strong asset for communication with international partners and market stakeholders.
