Internal Communication Advisor

Join a dynamic Internal Communications team that works to strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, and foster a sense of belonging across our Canadian offices. You'll contribute to initiatives that help employees understand our strategy, celebrate our successes, and stay connected to our purpose.
As an Internal Communications Advisor, reporting to the Manager, Internal Communications – Canada, you will support the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives for various business units and corporate functions across Canada. You'll collaborate with colleagues in the Communications & Marketing teams as well as other stakeholders deliver clear, engaging, and timely communications that resonate with our Canadian workforce.
Your Role- Support the development and delivery of internal communications plans for Canadian business sectors and corporate teams.
- Draft and edit engaging content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, videos, and employee events.
- Help coordinate internal campaigns and initiatives that promote our culture, values, and strategic priorities.
- Assist in organizing and promoting employee engagement activities and recognition events.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify and communicate technical or strategic information.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about internal communications trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or in a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in internal communications or a related communication role.
- Strong writing and editing skills in French and English; English proficiency is a strong asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
- Experience in a large organization or professional services environment is an asset.
