Your New Role

As a Logistics Accountant based at the Mississauga office, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing statements, conducting financial analysis, and supporting various financial operations. Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll also collaborate with Finance and Logistics leadership on the implementation of a new ERP system. This is a full-time, in-office role with 10 work-from-home days annually.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in a broad accounting role ideally within a transportation/logistics operation.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Full cycle accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial data and engage with external clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Experience supporting audits, budgeting, and tax filings is an asset
