We are currently seeking applications for a Full Time Health Resource/Health Care Aide for an 18 month term to join our team who will contribute to the overall care of the residents we serve.

What you will do:

  • Provide information and referrals to residents and their families

  • Facilitate communication and act as an advocate for residents and their families

  • Facilitate education to residents and staff regarding health maintenance and promotion

  • Respond to emergencies

  • Visit residents and keep careful documentation

  • Provide backup for Health Care Aide positions when needed

  • Assist the Resident Care Director with care plans for residents

What you will offer:

  • Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized Post Secondary Institution

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and written

  • Desire to serve the Residents of Lindenwood

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: From $21.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
