Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator provides critical operational support to the sales and marketing teams by maintaining CRM data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups. This role is essential in driving process efficiency and sales visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM data integrity and manage sales pipeline tracking.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Support alignment between marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Track lead follow-ups, forecast accuracy, and campaign ROI.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to quotes and proposals.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or coordination.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Dynamics 365 or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
