Care & Company is a leading provider of in-home care services in Greater Victoria, BC.

We are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, helping them to live independently in their own homes.

Position: Caregiver

Employment: Casual / Contractor

Compensation: $25 per hour. Weekends are incentivized.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with showering, medication blister packs, exercise guidance, dressing, light housekeeping, etc.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Caregiver experience (personal care, dressing, bathing, toileting)
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector and references.
  • First Aid or CPR Level C.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Legally approved documentation to work in Canada.
  • Valid BC driver's license with a reliable vehicle. (Not essential, but it would be a strong advantage)
