As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding local enrollment and welcoming local students, including transfer students from other Ontario secondary schools, to join our academic programs.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced School Marketer to support local student recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the school within the local community and increasing enrollment through effective outreach, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit local students, including transfer students
- Promote the school's academic programs and multicultural learning environment
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, families, and partner organizations
- Organize and support recruitment events, school tours, and information sessions
- Collaborate with school leadership on enrollment planning and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in school marketing, student recruitment, or education-related marketing
- Familiarity with the Ontario secondary school system is an asset
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with community outreach and local marketing is preferred
