Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Ottawa (required to work 2 days per week on-site)
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting, and developing ServiceNow solutions, enhancements, and changes, particularly focusing on the SAM Pro module. This role demands a blend of technical prowess and clear communication skills to effectively work with internal business clients and the project team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements, and changes based on business requirements related to the SAM Pro module.
- Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements.
- Design and develop interfaces between ServiceNow and internal systems.
- Support the development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop changes on the ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities.
- Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and provide status updates.
- Prioritize functional and technical requirements.
- Participate in business process redesign workshops, providing technical feasibility assessments.
- Work closely with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements.
- Report progress on development work and track decisions, issues, and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure a smooth transition from development to operation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project team members.
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in business, public administration, statistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow developer, with experience across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, HR, SecOps).
- Demonstrated ability to use data and information to inform problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in working and leading discussions with a broad set of stakeholders.

- Concevoir et développer des interfaces entre ServiceNow et les systèmes internes.
- Soutenir le cycle de vie du développement, y compris la conception, le développement, les tests, le déploiement et la maintenance.
- Développer des modifications sur la plateforme ServiceNow par le biais de scripts, de configurations et d'autres activités de développement.
- Établir un plan de projet technique avec des étapes clés et fournir des mises à jour sur l'avancement.
- Prioriser les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques.
- Participer à des ateliers de refonte des processus métier, en fournissant des évaluations de faisabilité technique.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients internes pour clarifier les exigences et les convertir en exigences techniques et fonctionnelles.
- Rendre compte de l'avancement des travaux de développement et suivre les décisions, les problèmes et les améliorations tout au long du cycle de vie du développement.
- Aider à rsoudre les problèmes techniques et assurer une transition en douceur du développement à l'opération.
- Communiquer et collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe de projet.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme collégial en affaires, administration publique, statistiques ou domaine connexe.
- Un minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience démontrée en tant que développeur ServiceNow, avec une expérience dans divers modules ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM Pro, RH, SecOps).
- Capacité démontrée à utiliser les données et les informations pour résoudre des problèmes.
- Capacité démontrée à prioriser le travail et à respecter les délais tout en gérant plusieurs tâches.
