Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Preparer to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns, analyzing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with current tax laws. Duties

  • Prepare individual and business, tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review financial documents such as income statements, balance sheets, and bank statements for completeness and accuracy
  • Conduct account reconciliation and auditing procedures to ensure data integrity
  • Perform analysis of financial information to identify discrepancies or potential issues

Qualifications

  • Experience in tax preparation, accounting, or related financial services roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
  • Certification or licensing in accounting or taxation is preferred but not required

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
