Le Vice-président TI sera responsable d'élaborer et d'appliquer une stratégie de croissance technologique répondant aux besoins d'affaires dans un contexte manufacturier standardisé

• Définir la vision technologique alignée sur les objectifs d'affaires

• Construire et gérer une feuille de route TI sur 5 ans

• Gérer les risques technologiques et la continuité des activités de l'entreprise

• Piloter les projets d'automatisation, d'analytique avancée et d'IA

• Soutenir l'intégration de nouveaux sites ou acquisitions (ERP, CRM, MES)

• Superviser et assurer la disponibilité des systèmes critiques en usine

• Élaborer une stratégie de sécurité TI globale et assurer la conformité aux normes

PROFIL

• 15+ années d'expérience en TI dont 10 ans dans un rôle exécutif

• Expérience en industrie manufacturière ou réglementée

• Fortes connaissances en systèmes ERP (SAP), CRM, MES, QMS, etc.

• BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

PROFILE

• 15+ years of IT experience and 10+ years in an executive role

• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), CRM, MES, QMS, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingual (French and English)
