Job Summary

We're looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our door-to-door sales team for a growing permanent outdoor LED lighting company in Calgary. You'll be the face of our brand, meeting homeowners, showcasing our smart lighting systems, and closing deals on the spot. This is a high-performance, commission-based role where motivated reps regularly earn $1,000–$3,000 per week. If you're confident, competitive, and want to control your income — this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

  • Knock on doors in assigned Calgary neighbourhoods to introduce homeowners to our lighting systems.
  • Confidently present features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Provide quick on-site estimates using our pricing tools.
  • Follow up with warm leads and close deals.
  • Log leads, appointments, and sales activity in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with team leads to hit personal and company sales targets.
  • Represent our brand professionally and positively in the community.

Compensation

This is a performance-based position with uncapped earning potential.

  • Average earnings: $25–$60/hr equivalent ($1,000–$3,000/week)
  • Commission: $2 per foot MINIMUM + BONUSES on all closed sales
  • Average job size: 120–180 ft = $250–$540 average per sale
  • Bonuses: Weekly and monthly incentives for top performers

Our top reps regularly close multiple sales per day and take home over $12,000/month.

Favoured Experience

  • Door-to-door, B2C, or direct sales experience
  • Commission or performance-based sales background
  • Experience in home services (roofing, solar, pest control, etc.)
  • Strong communication, confidence, and goal orientation
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
