Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring seamless procurement processes, and supporting manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and process improvement methodologies, with proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall supply chain performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchasing and supplier relations, utilizing SAP ERP and other ERP systems.
  • Analyze supply chain data using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends, forecast demand, and support demand planning activities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure materials are available for production schedules while minimizing excess inventory through effective MRP management.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize procurement strategies and reduce lead times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of ERP systems enhancements related to supply chain functions.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with SAP, SAP ERP modules, and other ERP systems in a manufacturing or procurement setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems, demand planning, procurement processes, and supply chain best practices.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments effectively.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
