Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HVAC Dispatcher & Service Coordinator
to manage daily service operations, dispatch technicians, coordinate work orders, maintenance programs, and customer portals. This role is central to keeping our service department running efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch HVAC technicians and manage daily service workflows
- Create and manage service, quoted, small project, and maintenance work orders
- Coordinate maintenance programs, service contracts, and seasonal scheduling
- Maintain accurate job documentation, purchase orders, and billing packages
- Communicate with technicians, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support reporting, timecards, and on-call scheduling
- Maintain customer portals (Corrigo, Smitty's, Verisae)
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous HVAC, mechanical, or trades service dispatch experience
- Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with service software (Jonas, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable with Excel and multiple tracking tools
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability
Position Benefits
- The salary range will be between $70,000 and $80,000 yearly
- Minimum of three weeks paid holidays
