Duties
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of welders and fabricators
- Ensure safety and company policies are followed
- Ensure quality of finished product and compliance with regulatory and client requirements
- Manage and maintain all shop and field equipment
- Provide direction to welders and apprentices as required
- Coordinate with design staff on projects
- Complete safety and company documents as required
