Dietician

MD Treatment Lounge is a modern, physician-led clinic specializing in medical weight loss, metabolic health, lifestyle medicine, and aesthetic wellness. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a strong interest in weight-management and evidence-based nutrition to support patients on their health and transformation journeys.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Provide nutrition assessments focused on weight-loss, metabolic optimization, and healthy lifestyle change
• Create individualized nutrition and weight-management plans aligned with patient goals and medical recommendations
• Educate patients on calorie balance, macro distribution, mindful eating, portion control, and sustainable long-term habits
• Support medical weight-loss programs
• Offer guidance for conditions linked to weight, such as prediabetes, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, and cholesterol management
• Track patient progress, adjust plans, and provide motivational coaching
• Document all encounters and plans accurately within the EMR (Accuro)
• Collaborate with providers (MD/NP) to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain professionalism, patient confidentiality, and a supportive, encouraging environment

Skills / Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or eligible for registration
• Strong interest or experience in weight management, nutrition counselling
• Excellent communication and motivational interviewing skills
• Experience with EMR documentation (Accuro) (preferred)
• Ability to develop personalized, realistic, and sustainable nutrition plans
• Knowledge of nutrition for metabolic conditions and lifestyle medicine
• Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinic setting

Schedule:

• Weekday and weekend availability — flexible scheduling
• Hours may vary based on clinic programming and patient bookings
