Partake Cannabis Inc.
is an artisanal craft cannabis company with two small grow facilities in Edmonton and a number of well-known cannabis CPG brands (including Partake, Palm Gardens, Voodoo & Twist). Our products are currently sold in stores across the Western Provinces, the North and in Ontario.

Having doubled our sales for two years running, we are now looking for a dynamic, highly motivated

General Manager

A newly created position, the ideal candidate is an experienced manager and professional who is ready to lead day-to-day operations of our small management team, while personally focusing on administration, sales and post-harvest operations. This position is well suited to someone who fully embraces the nuances of our people-oriented cannabis culture and is excited about the prospect of taking on operations -with P&L accountability- of a small but complex company.

The successful candidate will be someone who has both a strong operational background, an eye for detail and a genuine love for sales and marketing. And is someone who is familiar with the ins and outs of the highly regulated and fast evolving cannabis marketplace in Canada.

The business plan is to streamline internal operations and maximize productivity to support our rapid growth, while staying true to the artisanal craft cannabis culture we foster. And, on the sales side, to enhance our impact on select market segments and to both broaden our assortments and add selected territories with the underlying goal to again double sales over the next few years.

A strong analytical and leadership skillset will be fundamental, as is a get-it-done results driven mindset.

Our culture is highly inclusive and collaborative, and we are seeking someone who is both mature and a genuine people-person, but also has the inner discipline and strategic thinking combined with administrative and operational expertise, excellent sales and communication skills and a high level of professionalism, and help build Partake into a high-performance industry leading artisanal cannabis company.

The ideal candidate will be located in Edmonton and have had at least 5 years in a hands-on operations and/or sales leadership, including at least 2 years with a Canadian licenced producer. And is ready to take on more responsibilities as they step into this senior management role with one of Canada's smaller but quickly growing cannabis companies
