Hours: Flexible — daytime, evenings, and weekend shifts available

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team Whether you're an experienced coach, someone with a strong gymnastics background or someone who loves working with kids, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate brings positive energy, shows up with a smile, and creates a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for all athletes.

Responsibilities

  • Teach recreational gymnastics classes following our lesson plans
  • Provide clear instruction while ensuring athlete safety at all times
  • Maintain a supportive, upbeat, and professional atmosphere
  • Encourage students, celebrate progress, and help build confidence
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff
  • Assist with class setup, cleanup, and equipment organization
  • Model punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude

  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Prior coaching or gymnastics experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
  • Ability to work daytime, evening, or weekends
