What You'll DoMerchandising & Visual Execution
  • Share your time travelling intermittently throughout BC and Alberta to support store merchandising needs
  • Create visually appealing store layouts that enhance customer experience and promote sales
  • Coordinate showroom designs and stock placement tailored to each store's sales history and inventory requirements
  • Maintain high merchandising standards that reflect brand consistency and drive customer engagement
Collaboration & Culture
  • Work closely with local store teams to promote standard merchandising techniques and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with staff across multiple locations
  • Support a positive, collaborative, and solutions‑focused team environment
Operational Excellence
  • Balance creativity with physical activity in a role that requires lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize basic Excel and Microsoft Office tools to support planning and reporting

  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
