Senior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Technical Lead
who is
deeply hands-on
and execution-driven.

This role is
not
for a people-only manager or governance-only architect.

design, build, integrate, and deliver
real solutions using
Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
, with a strong focus on
integrations, data and AI automation

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Design and build:
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
  • Power Automate flows (simple and complex)
  • Dataverse data models and security
  • Lead and implement integrations between:
  • Dynamics 365
  • ERPs (Business Central, Finance & Operations, or similar)
  • External systems via APIs, webhooks, Azure services
  • Architect and execute ALM strategies (Dev, Test, Prod)
  • Configure environments, security, and governance without slowing delivery
  • Act as the technical authority on projects delivered by Boris & Associates Inc.
  • Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor junior resources when required, while remaining hands-on

Required Experience & SkillsMicrosoft Stack (Hands-On)

  • Strong expertise in
    Microsoft Power Platform
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse
  • Strong experience with
    Dynamics 365
  • Business Central, Finance & Operations, Project Operations, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERPs and external systems
  • Solid understanding of:
  • REST APIs
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Functions
  • Authentication and security (Azure AD, app registrations)
  • Experience with source control and ALM (Git, pipelines, environment strategy)

Certifications (Required)

You must hold
multiple Microsoft certifications
, including some of the following:

  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Developer
  • Azure Fundamentals or Developer certifications

Language & Profile Requirements

  • Fluent in English
    (spoken and written), Fluent French would be a plus.
  • 7+ years overall experience
  • 3+ years deep Power Platform and Dynamics 365 experience
  • Comfortable working in ERP-heavy and operational environments
  • Able to take full ownership and responsibility for delivery
