REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of current inventory

  • Assist customers in selecting a product by engaging in active listening and responding accordingly

  • Explain product, application, and benefits

  • Build rapport with customers

  • Report to the parts manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
