REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
Develop an in-depth understanding of current inventory
Assist customers in selecting a product by engaging in active listening and responding accordingly
Explain product, application, and benefits
Build rapport with customers
Report to the parts manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
