We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our Global Credit team from May to August of 2026
Our Summer Intern Program is designed to support the development of students and recent graduates for future positions by offering one-on-one mentoring, peer and experiential learning, internal training programs, and much more. We are currently accepting applications for undergraduate and master's level students or recent graduates seeking the opportunity to work in the investment management space.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist with the research and analysis on a broad range of topics to support investment decision-making and asset monitoring across the Global Credit asset class including private credit and external managers.
Assist the Credit team in the due diligence process and preparation of investment reports and presentation materials.
With direction from a senior member of the team, help build and analyze complex financial models and complete comparable analysis.
Assist in completing monitoring of private credit investments within the portfolio.
Provide support to the credit team by generating research and analysis which contribute to policies, procedures, and strategies to improve the portfolio's risk-return profile.
Contribute to the maintenance of Global Credit databases.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required to further the development of the Global Credit strategy and processes.
What do you need to succeed?
An interest in fixed income/private credit with great work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to report information clearly and concisely to all parties.
Curiosity, organization and a client focused attitude.
Ability to work in ambiguity with sound research skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail as well as excellent writing skills.
