Top 40 is a leading provider of high-end architectural millwork solutions, known for precision craftsmanship, innovative design, and exceptional project execution. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our team and help us continue delivering excellence to our clients.

Position Summary

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for custom millwork projects. This role involves interpreting architectural drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring estimates align with client expectations and company standards. Training will be provided in our ERP system to support estimating workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to clarify scope and ensure alignment.
  • Solicit and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit timely and professional bid packages and proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of all estimating activities within the ERP system (Innergy).

Qualifications

  • Experience in estimating within the architectural millwork or related construction/manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of millwork materials, fabrication processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
