Join Our Team as a 310T Truck & Coach Technician – Hamilton, ON

Elevate is partnering with a leading transportation organization to find a skilled 310T Truck and Coach Technician for our Hamilton facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for technicians who enjoy hands-on work with medium and heavy-duty vehicles and want to grow in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty vehicles
  • Troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to prevent problems before they arise
  • Follow manufacturer service manuals and technical guidelines for all repairs
  • Communicate effectively with your team about work progress and additional issues
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
  • Participate in training sessions to keep skills up to date

Who We're Looking For:

  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician license
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty truck repair
  • Experience with the systems listed above: Cummins X15, Cummins ISB, Navistar Bus, Navistar S13, A26, DLB, drivetrain systems, brakes, electronics, HVAC, PSI Propane, CV systems, and electric vehicles
  • Valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Own and maintain a complete set of tools required for the job
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
