Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cooking stations and equipment.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to ensure it meets restaurant standards.
