About The Opportunity
Corporate Traveller, a multi-billion-dollar global organization is seeking an Account Executive who will thrive in a culture of ownership and unlimited growth opportunity within our North American region in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) market. You are a proven hunter & closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement. Our sales process is about problem solving and helping to create value for our customers as soon as we engage with them. You'd work with key decision makers on strategies and recommendations around our technology and customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and winning new business within our ideal customer profile
  • Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key contacts in prospective accounts
  • Delivery of results against set objectives & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Implementing and utilizing tech stack to full capacity
  • Navigating educational pathways to continue your personal development within the travel industry
  • Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and use solution selling to win
  • Help cultivate a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for team members of all backgrounds including people who are racialized, have disabilities (invisible or visible), require faith accommodations, and/or are LGBTQ2+
  • Do your part to encourage an inclusive and accessible work environment for all Flighties, regardless of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, faith, and LGBTQ+ identity

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full-cycle closing role, with proven ability in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and active listening
  • Experience planning, developing, and executing business development strategies
  • Proven ability to deliver effective, value driven product demonstrations
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives, both virtually and in person
  • Proficient with Salesforce and other sales automation and sales technology platforms
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and supporting team growth
  • Collaborative team player with experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, inside sales, customer success, operations, and enablement

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $75,000
-
$94,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
