Job Overview

We are seeking reliable worker/small box truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spray foam assistance in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Prior experience in construction or insulation installation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and protective coverings as needed
  • Drive and load spray foam truck
  • Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications and safety guidelines
  • Use hand tools such as caulking guns, trowels, and other equipment to ensure proper installation
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean worksite daily after cutting/sweeping insulation and disposing plastics
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Conduct inspections of completed work to verify proper coverage and adherence to specifications

Requirements

  • Prior experience in construction, insulation installation, or related trades is preferred
  • Valid G license and clean driver abstract
  • Safety certificates - Working at heights - WHMIS - 4 step. Not mandatory but preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Knowledge of caulking, hand tools, and basic construction techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work at heights if necessary
  • Excellent teamwork skills and reliable work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
