We are looking for driven individuals in Saskatoon and Regina.

As an Associate Administrator, you'll begin your journey with structured training, hands-on job shadowing, and cross-functional exposure. By the end of the program, you'll be expected to obtain your Level 1 Insurance License and transition into a permanent role within the business - aligned with both departmental needs and your individual strengths.

This is more than a job - it's a LaunchPad for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in structured group-based learning and real-world training to build a strong foundation in insurance.
  • Shadow experienced professionals across departments to gain a broad understanding of administrative functions.
  • Learn to manage and assist clients with SGI Auto Fund transactions, including driver's licenses, vehicle registration, permits, and insurance payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and policy information using internal systems.
  • Deliver prompt, personalized service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Support the Auto Insurance Team and assist with processing new business, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to support growth and retention goals.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Continuously build your knowledge of insurance products and client needs.

Who You Are
