Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Application Specialist/Trainer, located in Montreal Canada. The role involves contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions within a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Day-to-day tasks include managing projects, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company standards and quality expectations. The role also requires a hands-on approach to executing tasks and making data-driven decisions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in in classroom training
  • Project management, organizational, and time management skills
  • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience in the building technologies, engineering, or security industry is a plus
  • Technical diploma or equivalent professional experience
