We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Data Administration Analyst to join our team onsite in Montreal. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the integrity and lifecycle of market data within a Capital Markets environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage market data operations including collection, validation, and control of data flows across financial products (Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, Equities).
  • Administer market data vendor platforms such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv (Eikon).
  • Collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams ensuring seamless market data workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in the banking sector.
  • Assist in data quality control and lifecycle management using tools such as Excel and SQL; VBA and workflow management experience is a plus.
  • Support vendor relationship and contract administration activities.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support trading and risk management teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Capital Markets within Middle Office, Back Office, or Market Data Operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and market data requirements.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Refinitiv (Eikon), or similar market data platforms (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Front-to-Back workflows and data lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in banking.
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills; VBA and workflow management systems experience are nice to have.
  • CFA designation is an asset.
  • Fluent in English.
