You will play a pivotal role in leading your branch team to deliver excellent member experiences, grow meaningful relationships, and help shape our branch's way forward — all while being supported by a progressive, collaborative organization. 

How You'll Work With Your Team

 Lead, mentor, and inspire staff — helping them grow professionally

  • Co-create branch goals and strategy, contribute to business planning, and drive branch performance
  • Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accuracy, efficiency, and risk controls
  • Collaborate across Sunrise (lending, operations, marketing, etc.) to deliver seamless product and service offerings
  • Engage with the local community — representing Sunrise, building partnerships, and fostering trust
  • Monitor branch metrics (loans, deposits, member growth, profitability) and use data to guide decision-making and member engagement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and member-centric enhancements

What You Bring to Sunrise

 Leadership experience in banking, credit union, or similar financial institution

  • Strong coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
  • A passion for community engagement and relationship banking
  • Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • (Preferred) Credit union education/designation (e.g. CUIC), and proven track record in branch or financial services
