We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both languages.Compensation: $21.00 per hour (approximately $43,000 per year)
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information in both French and English
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standards
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in both languages
- Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in both French and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills, is required for this role.
Location
This is a hybrid opportunity and requires ability to work onsite from our Barrie or London office. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to one of our offices.
Shift Availability
Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round.
Flexible availability as shifts will be a mixture of mornings, afternoons and weekends
Work Experience
Previous experience in customer service is required.
Previous experience in call center environment or related field is a strong asset
