Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for project finance resource, providing financial leadership and direction to various corporate and /or Business Unit projects. Project areas include operations and sales, and will cover system related implementations and improvements, operational standardizations, performance metrics, financial modelling, data evaluation, continuous improvement and other initiatives. Leads and/or assists in the implementation of projects, develops financial models, business case analysis, including sensitivity, and risk analysis to assist with the evaluation of continuous improvement projects and other growth initiatives. Provides decision support and financial modelling for strategic initiatives.

Minimum Job Requirements:

· Minimum university degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or a related program

· Professional Accounting designation required

· Minimum 8-10 years experience (automotive experience preferred) with an emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling, or equivalent experience

· Advanced computer skills; advanced analytical and modeling skills

· Knowledge of accounting theory, application of financial principles, cost management, activity analysis

· Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain relationships at all organizational levels and with appropriate external stakeholders

· Knowledge of foundry and machining process and related financial aspects of these processes an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
