Come join us as our Inventory Manager
Responsibilities include :
- Closely work with the Sales Manager in configuring the allocation
- Highlight aged inventory to ensure aging parameters are met
- Requesting PDI on vehicles
- Push internal cars – new and CPO for repairs. Ensure all cars are ready for delivery
- Request third-party installations timely in accordance with delivery schedules
- Direct Lot team to ensure they move inventory around, cleaning and moving vehicles of snow in the winter
- Carry the loaner fleet management
- Over see lot attendants and assist with the hiring in that role when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, or inventory coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate inventory records and meeting aging parameters
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Leadership experience with the ability to supervise and assist in hiring process
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Schedule - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Location - Audi Ottawa on 458 Montreal Road
