The Opportunity

Ready to level up your litigation career? One of Canada's Top 10 plaintiff firms is growing and looking for a plaintiff-side litigator with experience in medical malpractice and/or personal injury. This isn't just a "files and motions" role — you'll be on the frontlines fighting for people whose lives have been changed by negligence, giving them a voice and securing the compensation they deserve.

You'll work alongside some of the most respected plaintiff lawyers in the country on high-stakes, complex files — from misdiagnoses to catastrophic injuries — and have the chance to build a name for yourself in plaintiff litigation.

What You'll Do

  • Run medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases from intake to trial
  • Dig into medical records, expert reports, and investigations like a pro
  • Advocate fiercely in mediations, negotiations, and courtrooms
  • Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the most challenging moments of their lives
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team of litigators who
    actually
    enjoy what they do

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' litigation experience
    (medical malpractice, PI, welcome)
  • A strategic thinker who loves the courtroom as much as the case prep
  • Strong written and oral advocacy chops — and a genuine passion for helping injured individuals
  • The ability to handle complex files without losing sight of compassion
