Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and oversee medication management for patients
• Coordinate with specialists for referrals when necessary, ensuring continuity of care
• Perform procedures related to pain management, pediatrics, and home care as needed
• Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and improve treatment strategies
• Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects to enhance clinical practices
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while delivering exceptional patient care

Skills

• Proven experience in hospital settings with a strong background in acute care and patient management
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Epic and Cerner
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and data collection methods
• Experience in research activities related to family medicine or primary care is advantageous
• Strong skills in patient communication, empathy, and collaborative teamwork
• Ability to handle diverse clinical situations including pediatrics, pain management, and home care environments
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and medical record keeping
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving healthcare technologies and protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $450,000.00-$550,000.00 per year
