Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
with strong expertise in building scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on development experience across
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
, a solid understanding of
SaaS-based architectures
, and proven
integration capabilities
. This role is highly
development-focused
, involving end-to-end design, coding, optimization, and support of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using
    Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
    .
  • Build and customize Salesforce components using
    Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
    as required.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using
    REST/SOAP APIs
    , middleware tools, and
    Platform Events
    .
  • Implement complex business logic using
    Apex triggers, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes
    .
  • Write, optimize, and maintain
    SOQL queries
    , ensuring performance efficiency and adherence to Salesforce governor limits.
  • Ensure high code quality through
    unit testing, peer code reviews, and compliance with Salesforce development best practices
    .
  • Support deployments, releases, and post-production issues in collaboration with
    DevOps and release management teams
    .
  • Optimize application
    performance, security, and scalability
    across Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with
    junior developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
    to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience as a
    Salesforce Developer
    in a
    SaaS environment
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
    features and configurations.
  • Proficiency in
    Apex, LWC, SOQL
    , and Salesforce
    security and sharing model
    .
  • Solid experience with Salesforce integrations using
    REST/SOAP APIs
    and middleware tools such as
    MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP integrations, or ETL tools
    .
  • Experience with
    CI/CD and deployment tools
    such as
    Copado, Gearset, or similar
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile / Scrum
    development methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with a development-first mindset.
  • Salesforce Certifications
    (Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II) are a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Exposure to multi-org Salesforce architectures.
  • Mentoring experience for junior developers.
