Tire Technician Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a Mobile Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work safely in a faced paced environment, show a strong sense of ownership, discipline and enthusiasm, they must be a quick learner and able to follow procedures and problem solve. Physical fitness and a background in similar industry's such as construction, farming, auto etc would be an asset. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various vehicles, commercial trucks, ag equipment and other heavy equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely.
Requirements
- Disciplined
- Fast learner
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the rest of our team.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the role.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices in the workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
