Job Type:

  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality men's haircuts (fades, classic and modern styles)
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a professional attitude
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Barber
  • Strong skills in men's grooming and cutting techniques
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Valid barber license (preferred, if applicable)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting commission: 50%
  • Commission increases based on performance and revenue
  • Opportunity to earn 60%–65% commission as income and client base grow
  • Strong tip potential
  • Steady flow of clients
