Position Title: Business Automation (Co-op )

Feroot is seeking a Business Solutions and Contract Automation co-op student to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing business contract operations by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to streamline contract and legal workflows. The co-op student will work with AI technologies to automate and enhance the creation, management, and analysis of business contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. In this role, you'll assist in optimizing business processes, support contract lifecycle management, and use AI to improve operational efficiency. You'll gain hands-on experience with AI tools and business contract operations, all while helping to drive success for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in managing and optimizing business contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
● Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline contract workflows, reducing manual processes and improving efficiency.
● Support the creation and analysis of business contract data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
● Help track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
● Continuously learn and apply AI tools to improve business operations and legal workflows.
● Collaborate with teams to optimize operational efficiency and drive success.
● Provide regular reports and updates on contract performance, automation outcomes, and AI tool effectiveness
● Conduct research on regulations and standards related to cybersecurity and privacy compliance.
● Perform export of data via API and similar methods and create applicable reports.
● Create prompts and perform prompt engineering for AI models and similar technologies.

Required Experience/Skills
● Currently enrolled in a Business, Legal Studies, or related program with an interest in contract management and legal operations.
● Experience with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn and apply AI technologies in a business context.
● Basic understanding of contract management and legal operations
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring accuracy and compliance in all contract-related tasks.
