  • Build and maintain compensation models and dashboards using Excel or other tools
  • Explore and apply AI solutions such as custom GPTs, scripts, or automations to streamline analysis, simplify reporting, and improve workflows
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and HRIS teams to improve the accessibility and usability of compensation data in Workday and related systems
  • Translate data into tools and insights that support compensation planning and decision-making

Compensation Operations

  • Support annual processes such as salary reviews and short- and long-term incentive (STI and LTI) planning
  • Assist with salary range management, job evaluations, and internal equity reviews using our global job architecture
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking using external market survey data
  • Track and report on incentive eligibility and award activity

Governance, Communication, and Enablement

  • Contribute to strengthening pay frameworks, job architecture, and compensation governance
  • Develop scalable and user-friendly tools, templates, and resources that help managers and HR explain compensation decisions with confidence
  • Support employee-facing communications that promote understanding of how our programs work and how pay decisions are made
  • Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and clarity, with a focus on automation and AI enablement

What You Bring

  • Up to three years of experience working with data in fields such as analytics, finance, business intelligence, or operations
  • Strong Excel skills, including modeling, formulas, and pivot tables; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or scripting tools is a plus
  • Curiosity about applying AI or building custom GPTs to improve how compensation work is delivered
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and create tools that make complex information accessible to managers and employees

Why Join Us

We are transforming our compensation function to be:

  • AI-enabled, using modern tools to deliver faster, deeper insights
  • Transparent and equitable, with clearly defined structures, tools, and governance
  • Performance-aligned, through well-designed STI and LTI programs
