Summary

Chula is seeking a Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Toronto. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Mexican cuisine. As a Management Trainee, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our restaurant operations.'

'Responsibilities'

' Assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

  • Support management in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience.
  • Help oversee inventory control and stock management.
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.'

  • 'Qualifications'

  • Must worked in food service industry for at least 3 years.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Enthusiasm for learning about restaurant operations and management.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.'
