Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly in their neighbourhoods to promote and sell our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance outreach to a broader customer base. Duties

• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective clients within assigned territories
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for local outreach
• Engage in telemarketing activities to generate additional leads when necessary
• Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitors' offerings
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and business development techniques
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and discipline
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred for territory coverage
• Must be proactive, energetic, and results-driven
