Graves Outdoor Solutions is a locally-owned landscaping company serving Squamish and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor. We specialize in residential and commercial maintenance, and property enhancement projects. We take pride in high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and creating lasting relationships with our clients.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated Landscape Maintenance Labourer to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a small, fast-moving company.
Responsibilities include:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance
- Leaf and debris cleanup
- Mulch and soil installations
- Assisting with small landscape projects (planting, hedge installs, light construction)
- Equipment care and safe operation
- Working independently or as part of a small crew
Qualifications
- Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred (but not required)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Positive attitude, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to follow direction and maintain a high standard of detail
