Golden Arrow Industrial Ltd is looking to hire Coach drivers for its Fort McMurray location - CNRL. Golden Arrow Group of Companies is Western Canada's one of the Leading Passenger Transportation Company. We continue to advance across western Canada with our multi-model diverse platform covering transportation segments, such as Tours in western Canada, Chartered Busing, Student Transportation and Industrial/Public Sectors. We pride ourselves in having the most modern motor coach fleet in Canada.

This is a Camp position with rotation shift. Please note this is not a fly in/out position.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Company coach, bringing passengers from/to camp and worksite.
  • Complete required paperwork such as log sheets, dispatch sheets, DVIRS
  • Notify dispatchers or company mechanics of vehicle problems.
  • Operate all company equipment needed to communicate with company dispatchers such as radio, in order to receive information, updates and passenger locations.
  • Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean fueled and safe bus
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Coach drivers require minimum 4 years' of coach bus experience
  • Valid class 2 license with air brakes or class 1 and clean driving record(10 Year Abstract).
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and oral).

  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test (pre-employement)
