Summary: Unique opportunity to practice in a clinical environment with a team of physicians, specialists, and other allied health providers, with full access to EMR (Electronic Medical Records). Focus not only on product dispensing but also in providing new pharmacy services. This is a part-time position (18~24 hours per week)

Locations: Aurora Yonge Yonge St, Aurora, ON L4G 1N2)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medication dispensing and consultation services
  • Collaborate with family physicians directly or through EMR system to optimize patient care
  • Provide drug management expertise to assist patients in reaching their health goals
  • Work with the Pharmacy Manager and Clinic Management Team to develop and deliver programs and services
  • Be an active member of the interdisciplinary team to grow pharmacy services, both clinically and financially

Requirements:

  • Licensed in Part A, Ontario College of Pharmacists - Required

  • Ability to combine clinical and dispensing functions in practice - Required

  • Availability to work weekend shifts - Required

  • Experience in retail setting - Preferred

  • Knowledge with Kroll and EMR - Preferred
