Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, for a Cyber Security Analyst. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and responding to security incidents, analyzing threats and vulnerabilities, performing malware analysis, implementing application security measures, and ensuring overall network security. The Cyber Security Analyst will also work collaboratively with teams to identify risks, develop security strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Security and Cybersecurity principles
- Experience with Malware Analysis and threat management
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of Network Security protocols, tools, and solutions
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
