Responsibilities and Functions:

• Participate in the development of new patient lifts and mobility aids according to the product development process (PDP) and regulatory requirements ;
• Implement the design requirements ;
• Support the project teams in computer and embedded programming ;
• Implement solutions to correct problems related to the design ;
• Participate in the assembly of prototypes ;Build and commission test benches ;
• Develop documentation related to research and development projects ;
• Assuring the organization and good order of the laboratory.

Requirements:

• College diploma in computer system technology, computer technology, electrical engineering technology or equivalent ;
• Ability to implement software solutions effectively ;
• Experience of programmation in C/C++ ;
• Functional knowledge of version control software ;
• Experience in real-time operating systems (asset) ;
• Experience in embedded programming (asset).
• Empathy towards users and ability to understand the context of product use.
