*Sommaire du poste*
Sous la supervision du superviseur des opérations, l'opérateur(trice) est responsable du réglage des paramètres et de la mise en marché des machines de transformation de graphite. Il/elle assure également la surveillance du procédé opérationnel. Le/la titulaire du poste sera également chargé(e) de la maintenance préventive pour éviter les pannes ainsi que d'assurer la sécurité de son poste de travail et de son environnement direct. Il/elle doit donc veiller à respecter les normes de sécurité autour de sa zone de travail.

Tâches Et Responsabilités

  • Appliquer les procédures requises en santé et sécurité, en environnement et selon la norme ISO;
  • Opérer et surveiller divers équipements de production;
  • Assurer la qualité des produits selon les standards et exigences ;
  • Nettoyer certains secteurs de l'usine et maintenir votre environnement propre et sécuritaire;
  • Travailler en équipes avec divers départements.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en tant qu'opérateur de machine ou dans un rôle similaire (un atout);
  • Pro-actif, fiable et autonome;
  • Être en mesure de soulever des charges pouvant aller jusqu'à 50 livres;
  • Sens des responsabilités;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe;
  • Maîtrise des règles de sécurité
